1. Product must be in its original packaging accompanied with the online printed receipt.
2. The product(s) must be in an unused and undamaged condition, with all the original
packaging materials and accessories.
Product(s) purchased through credit/debit card will be refunded ONLY to the same
3. credit/debit card used for the transaction. The refund might take up to 10 working
days subject to the bank’s approval.
4. The exchange delivery charges are non-refundable once the online checkout process
is completed or acknowledged by the Customer (refer to charges schedule below).
